Only those artists who are residents of Punjab and Chandigarh can be registered in the Artists’ Directory of Punjab Lalit Kala Akademi.

Please note that once you send your form to the PLKA, it would be sent to the committee set up for recommending the names of the artists who could be included in the artists’ directory. It is the discretion of the committee to recommend the names it considers appropriate for inclusion in the directory on the basis of the material submitted by you.

No correspondence whatsoever in this regard would be entertained after you have submitted the form unless you have not received the reply confirming your form has been received.
